What servers do you manage?
Linux hosting servers — typically cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk, or similar panel stacks. Tell us your OS and panel when you open a ticket after checkout.
How does monthly admin time work?
Management Pro includes about 30 minutes of admin work per month; Management Senior includes about 2 hours. Unused time does not roll over. Larger projects can be quoted separately.
Is Server Config Gold recurring?
No. Server Config Gold is a one-time hardening and setup job billed once. Monthly Management plans are separate recurring products.
How do I request work?
After payment, open a support ticket in the client area with server IP, root or sudo access details (or a temporary key), and the tasks you need.
Why not use other licensing systems?
Many unofficial licensing systems rely on opaque installers, binary patches, or remote agents you did not choose — a common path to backdoors or sudden breakage. Do you clean malware from infected sites?
